There are two (2) reasons why the package was returned to our Offices:
A) Absent Recipient. In this case, despite the repeated efforts of the courier company to deliver the package to your \"door\", the recipient did not comply with the agreement on the delivery of the order, making it impossible to deliver your package.
B) Unknown Recipient. By this term we mean the recipient whose details such as Name, Address, Post Code, Contact Telephone etc. is not correct or accurate, making it impossible to deliver the package.
If you wish to receive the products you ordered, you can call the e-shop Department and request new<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In those cases in which with proven fault of \"MOUYER\" products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order, you can return the products. Our company will change it for you either through an online store or through a physical store.
First you should contact the Department of our e-shop at 210 5719811 (Monday to Friday 10: 00-17: 00), so that we can further examine the issue and see exactly where the error is. It is worth noting that the return of the product is free from all over Greece, within 15 days, after consultation and provided that the change is not the fault of the customer. Otherwise, the company is not to blame for the shipping costs of returning the products.

For all cases you wish to return or replace the product you bought you must inform us within seven (7) days of receipt at the email address (e-mail) \"eshop@mouyer.gr\" notifying us the reason for return or replacement and completing Contact Phone. Return conditions:
A. The product must not have been used
B. The return must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days
C. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
D. To be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product
