All orders are delivered to the place you choose through the courier company we work with. The products are delivered to your place within 2-3 working days

All orders are delivered to the address you indicated to us when you registered as a member. In order for your order to be sent to an alternative address from the one registered in your personal information, you can fill in the box entitled "Shipping Details".

Your order can receive a third person.

There are two (2) reasons why the package was returned to our Offices:
A) Absent Recipient. In this case, despite the repeated efforts of the courier company to deliver the package to your "door", the recipient did not comply with the agreement on the delivery of the order, making it impossible to deliver your package.
B) Unknown Recipient. By this term we mean the recipient whose details such as Name, Address, Post Code, Contact Telephone etc. is not correct or accurate, making it impossible to deliver the package.

In those cases in which with proven fault of "MOUYER" products were delivered to you in a different design or size from that of the order, you can return the products. Our company will change it for you either through an online store or through a physical store.

It is worth noting that the return of the product is free from all over Greece, within 15 days, after consultation and provided that the change is not the fault of the customer. Otherwise, the company is not to blame for the shipping costs of returning the products.

In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish, within 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Return conditions:
A. The product must not have been used
B. The return must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days
C. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
D. To be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product

In cases you want to change the product you bought you must first contact the e-shop Department at 210 5719811 (Monday to Friday 10: 00-17: 00) or e-Mail eshop@mouyer.gr stating the product code so to clarify the reason for returning the product.

You have the right to return the product you bought, exercising the right of withdrawal and - only in case the product has not been used - to request a refund of the price you paid us, within 15 days from the date stated on the purchase receipt. The shipment of products to be returned or exchanged within Greece is free only after consultation with the e-shop department 210-5719811 (and through the same courier company with which the product was sent for the first time and within 15 days).
In cases where a refund is deemed necessary then the refund process will be completed no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the products and if they are in excellent condition.
The products, which have been purchased from the online store "eshop.mouyer.gr" can be changed or returned to one of the physical stores of the company, but always after initial consultation with the e-shop section 210-5719811 (Monday to Friday 10: 00-17: 00).
