In case you wish to change an order that is in progress, you should contact the e-shop Department directly at 210 5719811 (Monday to Friday 10: 00-17: 00). Usually within 24 hours you can do

All orders are delivered to the place you choose through the courier company we work with. The products are delivered to your place within 2-3 working days

All orders are delivered to the address you indicated to us when you registered as a member. In order for your order to be sent to an alternative address from the one registered in your personal information, you can fill in the box entitled "Shipping Details".

Your order can receive a third person.

There are two (2) reasons why the package was returned to our Offices:
A) Absent Recipient. In this case, despite the repeated efforts of the courier company to deliver the package to your "door", the recipient did not comply with the agreement on the delivery of the order, making it impossible to deliver your package.
B) Unknown Recipient. By this term we mean the recipient whose details such as Name, Address, Post Code, Contact Telephone etc. is not correct or accurate, making it impossible to deliver the package.

A. The product must not have been used
B. The return must be made within fifteen (15) calendar days
C. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, Invoice, Delivery Note-Invoice, etc.)
D. To be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product
